A firing incident was reported at a hospital in Patna on Thursday morning, injuring one person. The attackers were reportedly involved in the real estate sector.

Unidentified miscreants opened fire at a hospital in Bihar’s Patna on Thursday morning. One person, identified as Chandan, out on parole, was injured in the incident, which happened at Paras HMRI Patna.

According to the details, the attackers were identified as those working as builders, associated with real estate, in the area.

It was also known that the attackers had been involved in crime-related activities earlier.

The police were called, and as investigations progressed, they identified the injured person as Chandan Mishra, a resident of Buxar district.

Police said that Chandan had been behind bars on murder charges, but was out on parole to get himself treated for health issues.

While he was at the hospital, five criminals, armed with pistols, arrived at the hospital and fired shots.
